DNA-C is showing you the multiple failures from the client, but you will need to make a radioactive trace in the WLC to see more details for troubleshooting. (Use WCAE to understand the trace)
Before going deeper inside the failures, ensure your client has the latest OS patches and wireless adapter drivers (from the manufacturer, from the vendor or from the OS integrator), ensure the client has good connectivity parameters, that the band that it is using to connect is not crowded (corporate connections should be using 5 GHz and 6 GHz bands only), that the channel the AP is configured is not impacted by DFS, and you are running the latest recommended firmware from Cisco in the WLC and AP.
Finally, I would recommend you not to use vendor features and disable band-select and load balance in the WLAN profile, and use WPA2-like features to start looking at the connectivity (802.11w disabled and 802.11r disabled). Then you can progress by testing those features one-by-one.

I had faced a similar issue of client disconnection. By changing the RF profile to high client density resolved my issue.
You can try by changing the RF profiles associated to the APs.
