Hi,
Whether two laptops with access-points can communicate each other without access point.
If so how to configure the access point?

Are you talking about restricting direct client-to-client communication through an AP ? In that case , you can use Public Secure Packet Forwarding (PSPF) which prevents client devices associated to an access point from inadvertently sharing files or communicating with other client devices associated to the access point.

Yes, this can be done by changing the infrastructure mode in the ACU to "Ad-Hoc". This mode allows wireless adaptors to connect to each other instead of an AP and allows client to client communication Please take a look at the link below.
