Wireless clients getting kicked out

I have a question... We have a number of Cisco 1100 APs in our environment and when 2 or more wireless clients try to do a large download or copy across the wireless at the same time, their job fails.

If I try a large copy using a single wireless client, it works fine. But when a second client gets working at the same time, my copy process terminates.

It's as if the AP is having trouble handling the load.

The system software on the Cisco 1100s is 12.3(4)JA and the bootloader version is 12.2(8)JA.

This chapter describes how to configure quality of service (QoS) on your access point. With this feature, you can provide preferential treatment to certain traffic at the expense of others. Without QoS, the access point offers best-effort service to each packet, regardless of the packet contents or size. It sends the packets without any assurance of reliability, delay bounds, or throughput.
