Wireless Connectivity Issues

I have a wireless network using WLC 5508 with AP 1815I's. The problem I am having is one computer (HP Laptop, Windows 11) will not stay connected to a specific AP. It will connect loose all signal and then disconnect. This computer works fine on a hotspot and connected to any other AP in the network, so I have ruled out the NIC. This access point doesn't seem to be putting out enough power, or something is wrong with it. Other computers can connect, though they have less bars even though directly underneath the AP. Other computers however are connecting and able to access the internet through the AP. It looks like the AP is working fine, but I am not really sure. How can I tell?

This is only happening to ONE (1) computer?  

Post the complete output to the following PC command: 

netsh wlan show drivers

As said previously I don't believe the computer is the issue. It works fine on any other AP we have. I believe it to be the AP itself as other computers are having issues as well, but just not as prominent as this one. Other computers are experiencing low connectivity, even when under the AP. That said here is what you asked for:

What firmware is the WLC on?

It is on image 8.3.150.0, unfortunately I can't go higher then this though, as we have some older access points we haven't switched out yet that are unsupported at a higher firmware.

Again, there is nothing wrong with the wireless on the computer. I have already talked with Intel Support and gone through all that. All I want to know is how can I check the specific AP to see if it is failing?

If this behaviour is only happening to one specific AP, factory reset the AP and see if this makes any improvements. 

If there are no improvements, do not waste any time and immediately RMA the AP (before End of Support date).
