Wireless Controller 2500 series CleanAir OperStatus NA

I am new to wireless and I wasn't sure how to change the CleanAir Admin Status from NA to Enable and Cleanair Oper Status from NA to UP, the Antenna not able to change from External to Internal.  On the blue arrow at the end, I can select the configure but the option under CleanAir not able to change from Disable to Enable and under Antenna Parameters, Antenna Type Internal is not an option.  Thanks.

I suspect these APs doent support CleanAir.  whihc model AP are you using ?

there are the AP with extenal antennas so you will not see any option for internal antenna under the blue drop down arrow.

"NA" because the APs don't support CleanAir.
