Wireless controller 5508 user have to Authenticate twice

Good Day,

I am using a 5508 Controller and Radius for Authentication users are complaining they have to authenticate twice to log in using there Iphones also on guest network wish is using internal db to authenticate is there something on the controller thats causing this issue or a known bug?  Pleae advise running software 7.2.111.3

Please upgrade the WLC to 7.6.130 or 8.0.110 code and also upgrade the FUS image. I advice you to go through the release logs of both releases prior the upgrade and look for potential issues for your environment. Once the upgrade has been done, we can troubleshoot further if needed.

Please upgrade to 7.6 and then check as 7.6 is stable.
