Wireless Controller network with X-RAYS and other wireless devices?

I have a question I'm unsure how the Cisco Wireless Controller handles this.

We are thinking about deploying a Cisco Wireless Controller network and the environment will consist of items such as microwaves, X-Ray machines, to wireless microphones.

I understand that those items can create interference for a wireless networks.

What (or how) does the Wireless Controller and it's Access Points deal with these conditions on a WLAN?

I doubt if WLAN will cause any significant impact against medical equipments. Several regular Netpro experts are Sys/Network admin in medical organizations.
