Have you spoken to the vendor whom you purchased this from?  I would believe they can help you through the support, license, etc.  The guides on Cisco.com are very helpful, you just have to find the one specific to what you have purchased.  The vendor should be able to walk you through the support, because they might have to do something on their end also.
