Hello Team,
Users are facing disconnection mostly on the teams audio call.
Please help to check the basic checks for resolving the issue.
wlc model/ios:5520 /8.10.151.0
AP model:3702/3800

Is the disconnection more prominent on the 3800?

Funny because I just concluded a call with TAC a few hours ago.
From what we gather, there are several RTP issues with 2800/3800/4800.
No fix. It is a firmware issue with the 2800/3800/4800 and the Broadcom/Mavel chips.
TAC "hinted" to upgrade to 9100 APs. I told him I would be happy to if Cisco is willing to provide the replacement APs. All 3000 of them.

Not yet. But I am suspecting the Bug ID will be "private".

Thanks, keep the community updated as you know more, I have a lot of customer running 3800 and they have no upgrade plans right now.
