We are urgently looking for a IP wireless Duress handset that will associate with CUCM 8.6 and allow xml services on the handset, we have a v large state government health authority that are building a new hospital and we have all Cisco WLAN, UC and security and don't want to have another PBX to associate the phones with the customer spec is VoWifi and we need a Duress button
We have found the ascom handset but the integration is via Ascom's Dura speech Sip proxy server and we there loose all the Cisco XML and UC features incl MWI and services features
Our responce is due 28th Feb so we need an answer in the 3-4days

Perhaps the Cisco 7925 will work for you. It has a programmable application button, and I believe it can be programmed for pretty much whatever you want (Cisco advertises push-to-talk functionality). Programming of this button is done with XML. The phone itself also supports XML services.

You won't even need to use XML programming. If you want a one-button duress dial then you can set the PTT button to speed dial your emergency number:
