Wireless Guest Access

We have setup a guest network on our WLC 4402. The visitors can connect using the accounts we setup for them, however, they keep losing authentication a number of times through the day. The clients aren't moving and the devices remain connection to the guest network. They have to kepp logging back in everytime. Can anyone suggest what could be wrong?

Did you make sure that under the Advanced tab within your WLAN guest SSID on your controller that the session timout value is turned off? I believe that there is a session timeout of 300 or 600 seconds by default when you create a new SSID.

Hopefully that's the issue.
