Wireless HOTSPOT: some clients unable to connect.

Hello,

 

We have a wireless hotspot (using ISE) some users are unable to connect to the SSID.

When running a debug client for the device that is unable to connect is can see the following debug messages:

There is o authentication required for the hostspot.  Can this be related to Fast Transation? the setting on the WLAN is set to Adaptive.?

Disable FT on the wlan. Seems like devices are not compatible with FT enabled or in adaptive.
