Not information to help, but here are some things that you should do.

• Verify NTP/Time is correct

• The code running on the controller supports the AP

• Country code on the controller matches the AP

• Place the AP on the same subnet as the controller management 

Do you have other AP's joined? Is this a new or existing install?

Have you configured any WLC discovery mechanism? Unless AP & WLC on the same management vlan, AP won't discover WLC automatically. You have to configure it (DHCP option 43, DNS, static or broadcast forwarding). Refer below document

If you already configure and still fail to register, see what Scott has suggested, one of that could be an issue

DHCP Option 43 is NOT enabled.

Post the complete output to the following commands: 

1.  WLC:  sh sysinfo; 

2.  WLC:  sh time; and 

3.  AP:  sh version
