I have a problem my my my wireless module 892W router, I can not leach into the service module by module wlan-ap 0 session have been reset by the wireless module, service module wlan-ap reset default but does not work then I have the router with full reset to default username cisco and password cisco is still the same result here who can give me help me please

I want to upgrade the IOS that can but it is a tar file, how can this extract to the flash ?
