Have a few queries on wireless mesh outdoor ap's. Please help
1) does cleanair in 802.11a work and if so will it detect any interference between the two outdoor ap's ( i read that 802.11a doesnot support cleanair, and this is not client access. i need to only detect any inteference between the RAP and MAP)
2) What is the usual downtime on 802.11a while dynamic channel selection happens. i have seen disconnection in some cases upto 20 mints on 801.11a band.
3) what is the recommended datarate between RAP and MAP (i have read to keep 25mbps now it is in auto, is this ideal)
tried reading but they give contradicting answers. i have a cisco controller 2504 with ver 7.5
