Wireless router

Hi

I have a wireless router and want to add 3 more wired devices but all my ethernet port are full, does anyone know how to extended?

Yes, just add l2 switch to one of LAN ports and connect reaming devices to switch.  c2950 or c2960 are l2 switches.

The Lan port is the internet port?

no, LAN ports are those 4 Ethernet ports where you connect local devices (usually 4 ports grouped together); whereas the Internet port is the one (usually single) connecting Internet.  The idea is to share Internet traffic with 4 home devices, aka LAN devices
