Wirelss controller issue

Facing this issue, few APs were not working so rebooted the WLC, after reboot no APs were showing, 

set the Controller to factory defaults, configured as per the cisco guide but no hope

present situation:

WLC 4404, APs:LAP1242AG-E-k9

Acess Points are on the old old network :192.168.1.0
