got many many many many questions ahead of you my friend.
You need to decide what type of radio you wish to deploy.. A or B/G... Newer laptops have ABG, however its not a guarantee... but if you go with A your going have a lot less interference.
You will also need to look at what the building is made out of... different materials have different path loss. Don't forget you need to supply these puppies with power, POE at the switch or do some sort of inline POE, or outlet near the AP.
Antenna selection etc need to be referenced.
Either way your looking at a rather decent sized install and you will likely want to look at the controllers or WLSE.
