WLAN down

Hi all,

network description: 10 * AP 350, 15 * AP 1200

recent change (2 weeks ago): software conversion from VxWorks towards 12.2(11)JA for AP 1200 and 12.2(13)JA for AP 350

WLAN operated without any problem during 2 weeks since conversion

problem: yesterday i received a telephone call from customer to notify me that the whole WLAN was down, not one client device was able anymore to associate with an access point, this occurred very sudden and no changes whatsoever had been made on configuration. Physical reboot (unplug power cord) of an AP didn't solve the problem. I asked him to check WEP key settings and to try to re-enter the WEP key. During next phone call, customer told me that he managed to solve the problem by logging into the AP's via telnet and resetting the AP's via CLI.

question: has anyone experienced this problem before, i don't want to open a TAC case immediately since i don't have any logging information

thanks!
