wlc 2504 file write

I have mi wlc 2504 with the following software:

Manufacturer's Name.............................. Cisco Systems Inc.
Product Name..................................... Cisco Controller
Product Version.................................. 8.0.133.0
Bootloader Version............................... 1.0.20
Field Recovery Image Version..................... 7.6.101.1
Firmware Version................................. PIC 20.0

Every time time that I try to upgrade to 8.3 I receive the errro " Error while writing output file"

I try to upgrade to  8.0.140 first and the same problem persist.

Anybody can help me?

Reboot the controller and try the upgrade again.

I'm already tryied and also I back to factory defaults to try again but with no luck. Any other idea? Thanks

Download the file again and check that the md5 hash is correct. This at least proves that the downloaded image is not corrupted.

Hold on ... The error message says "error WRITING the output file".
Are you trying to UPLOAD something?

This is the FULL error. If I try to update to newer version
osapiFsWriteNoClose Failed, nbytes : 512,num :-1
% Error: Config file transfer failed - Error while writing output file
