WLC 2504 v8.1.102 and Chrome - guest wifi login button not working

So today, I get notified that since we updated to 8.1.102 when users try to connect to our GUEST wifi, they are presented with a screen that says 'Connect to Wifi' with a button that says 'Connect'. But when the users click on it, nothing happens, no page change, no redirect, nothing but the indication that you have clicked the button.

Is this a Chrome issue? Is this a Cisco firmware issue? Javascript? I am at a loss.

Is this a Chrome issue?

Try with IE.  If it works, with IE then it could be a potential Chrome issue.  Has the Chrome firmware been upgraded?

Is this a Cisco firmware issue?

I don't have any complaint as of yet.

Javascript?

JRE been upgraded?

Have you tried other wireless clients, like smart phones or tablets?

Yes, it works with IE and FF.

Chrome is confirmed to be the latest version.

Not sure about Java itself.
