Hi all,
As in title, i've setted up a guest wlan, pointing to a guest interface that connected to a XDSL router with DHCP. My private wlan works fine, clients have an IP from my Win DHCP server. That i want to do is to enable only wan access for guest via XDSL but i cannot have an IP from this router. If i plugged a laptop instead of WLC, i have an IP. I've tried to ping router from WLC, no ping.
does someone have any idea ?
thanks,

create a DHCP scope on cisoc WLC and configure DHCP server as WLC mgmt IP and try again.

Ok for DHCP scope but where can i set up mgmt IP ?

under dynamic interface "Guest" you need to put WLC mgmt IP as your primary DHCP server.

it's already done but no IP to guest client

Hello,
Please confirm the below checks,
for the guest wlan what is the interface mapped ? check whether the correct interface is mapped?
whether the wlan is centrally switched or locally switched?
In case locally switched checked the vlan mapping in the flex connect configuration.
Check whether the guest ssid is anchored in a different wlc(separate guest ssid).
share the output of sh wlan summary(wlan-id).
since the guest resides in DMZ zones ,chance of ping blocking is more.
Please rate if you found useful!!!!!!!!!

Anjana
