WLC CAPWAP Data Encryption Impacts on BW & CPU Utiliztion

Guys,
Please help us to know the below info regarding the WLC CAPWAP Data Encryption:

1. The impact of enabling this feature on the BW of sites in case of implementing APs in a remote site.
2. The impact of enabling this feature on the CPU utilization of the WLC/APs.
3. Is the required license for the data encryption need additional money or not?

 Capwap tunnel is encrypted by default via x503 certificate.
