Hi Experts,
I have one WLC 5508 with 100 base, and I bought 50 license and 25 license then I installed them in that WLC and gave me 175 base-ap-count inuse but still have and discovered 100 Access points, why can't I see the rest of access points?
Thnx

Well your WLC has 175 ap limit since you have added the licenses. So if your not seeing access points, then it's because your APs haven't joined the WLC. This isn't a license issue unless you have more than 175 APs. You need to review this doc regarding ap join.

You can also console into the ap that has not joined to see why it hasn't joined. It's best to reboot the ap and then look at the output. Need to make sure it has gotten a dhcp address at least.

Hi Scott,
Thanks, Through checking the options inside WLC I found something called it: Maximum APs in WLC and I inreased it to 200 then I saw the others.
Thanks for your information.
could you see this issue for me too:

Maximum AP's in the WLC? That is determined by the licenses and you cant adjust that unless you remove license.
