Dear All,

I have 5520 running in SSO in one data center, and customer is planning to put another 5520 in DR.

So if the DC is down or no connectivity, the AP can connect to DR and a fall back when DC is back up.

the doubt is this:-

1. DR box will be configured SKU Secondary from GUI or no need for doing the same??

2. The license do i need to enable the RTU and add the same number of licenses? or it would work without it as SKU secondary is already enabled?

to failover, no issues we just need to put the backup primary controller in the WLC global configuration and this would work and enable fall back in global configuration

1. There is no secondary SKU with 5520/8540 as licensing is RTU model.

2. Yes, you need to enable RTU and ap count whatever you purchased for 2nd 5520.

1. these would be standard configuration
2. what i have understood from other documentation is that we don't need to have any license purchased as this is DR and we wont need to buy any license as they would be covered through Cisco One licensing model. is the correct?
