WLC WEB Authentication Certificate installation error

Dear Sir,

I tried to download and install 3rd party certificate to WLC SW v 7.6.110

I followed the steps as this link said

and when I tried to download it to WLC, it gives me this error:

Error installing certificate.

Any idea to solve this problem..
