Hi experts, the guy who set the key for WPA-PSK and another one for WEP left... Anyway we can figure out what the key was?

You willnot be able to recover the WPA key, but the WEP key you can. If you have a windows machine, you can look at the wireless profile for thw WPA-PSK and get it that way.

I'm not aware of a way to get it back from the controller but you could try to decrypt it from the clients.
I had a Vocera PSK lost once that Vocera Support was able to decrypt.
If there are any windows clients that used it there are several open source tools to crack saved windows password data.

Well it might also be time to move to wpa2/aes, unless you have a lot of devices.
