WLSE error message BVI port down

Did someone have this problem before, my WLSE is giving me this error:

Aironet AP 1210 Eth Port BVI1 Port is down P2

But on the AP, the state of the port is up, I only have the problem on one AP

BVI1 is up, line protocol is up

Hardware is BVI, address is 000c.850e.d0bc (bia 0000.0000.0000)

Internet address is XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX/24

How frequently are you getting this error ? It might have been just once because of some flap..

If you think it's a problem on the WLSE, you might need to open a TAC case. This is not a commonly seen problem.

I too experience the same problem. I am running WLSE 2.0.2 and the latest IOS on my 1220's. Out of 100+ AP's only two have this problem. If I clear the error it comes back within 2-5 minutes. Nothing in the log on the AP, no interface resets. My SE is looking into this, but if he doesn't produce an answer I too will open a TAC case. Post a solution if you find one.

This problem will be fixed in version 2.5 due in november(That's what the TAC told me).

That looks like the error. I won't worry about it then and wait for 2.5.
