This is pretty hard to believe, I have an Aironet 1100 wireless network setup, I recently upgraded to 12.2(13) firmware and am using WPA with a pre-shared key and WEP128+TKIP.
I can connect to the WAP's no problem with Dell D600 laptops with built in DELL cards, but none of my 350 clients can connect.
I have upgraded them to V5.30.17 firmware and installed the 815485 windows XP patch.
Truly amazed that a Cisco card can't connect to a CISCO WAP...must be missing something here...

The cipher used for WPA has to be TKIP only. I ran into a similar issue when trying to use WEP128+TKIP.
However, I only have Cisco 350 adapters however so I am not too familiar on how to make this interoperate with Dell. Are your Dell machines using WPA successfully with your current config?

I have upgraded my AP 1230 to 12.2(13)JA3 and I see no problems wit my 350 clients. Everything is working fine.
So something messed up your configuration I would not blame Cisco yet.
