I know this product has reached the end of life but I still like the product and since there is no recommended replacement; I need some support.

One day last week, I found the camera to not be working, wireless or Lan.  When you reset the power, the lens initializes (turns etc...) but there are no lights that come on in the dispay area and the IP address area is blank.  I purchased this camera about 1 to 1/2 years ago and I know it has a 3 year warranty.  I would like to know if anyone esle has had this issue and how it was resoved or if there is a suppor tnumber to call for this hardware isssue etc.  Thanks for the asistance.
