ASR1002-x release date

Just checked the Cisco Configuration Tool and noted its estimated lead time is NPH until 06-JAN-2013. What is NPH and if it is true that JAN-2013 is the release date?

ASR1002-X was released to CCW last week for configurations. I saw estimated ship date today in ccw of 10/16ish. I received estimated ship date for an order I'm working on of 18th of October. So,... Much better than next year.
