Hi expert
I have a problem with Cisco ASR9001,
RP/0/RSP0/CPU0:Feb 14 07:41:49.711 UTC: fib_mgr[228]: %OS-SHMWIN-2-ERROR_ENCOUNTERED : SHMWIN: Error encountered: System memory state is severe, please check the availability of the system memory
RP/0/RSP0/CPU0:Feb 14 07:41:57.518 UTC: l2fib[304]: %OS-SHMWIN-2-ERROR_ENCOUNTERED : SHMWIN: Error encountered: System memory state is severe, please check the availability of the system memory
if I enter the config terminal, the following warning message appears
==================================
RP/0/RSP0/CPU0:ASR9K#conf t
Mon Feb 14 10:07:09.871 UTC
config[1036644698]: WARNING! MEMORY IS IN SEVERE STATE.
config[1036644698]: Further additional configuration can make the system unstable.
config[1036644698]: Free memory resources before adding any configuration to the system.
config[1036644698]: Use "show watchdog" exec command to get memory state of the system.
RP/0/RSP0/CPU0:ASR9K(config)#

I'm attach screenshot " show watchdog memory-state location all" and " show processs Memory location 0/0/CPU0"
I'm search on internet, found this article
ios-xr-how-to-change-ltrace-usage
and bugs id
My Question
1. how to define a memory process that causes a severe system memory state?
2. How solved this issue, is the link above related to the case on my router. ?
please help and give me suggestions about that.
thanks
