Use this CLI to enable OTN mode on 40G & 100G.
On 10G, use ‘transport-mode’ CLI under the interface to configure OTN/WANPHY modes.

We can do that, but XR needs to provide a migration path for these CLI commands, as doing an upgrade from 4.3.4 to 5.3.1 kicks out the configuration as invalid if these commands are in place.

Looks like this check was in place as part of CSCuo68315. This breaks direct migrations from 4.3.4 to 5.1.3 and later unless the command is removed first.
