Hello,
How can you check the uptime of a card on an ASR1006?
We had ESP20 that was constantly crashing, yet the timers didn't change.
if you do a "show platform" It only shows the time when the card was installed in the chassis
Chassis type: ASR1006
Slot Type State Insert time (ago)
--------- ------------------- --------------------- -----------------
1 ASR1000-SIP10 ok 2y24w
1/0 SPA-5X1GE-V2 ok 2y24w

What are the first and second timers exactly of this output?
Note: the timers only changed when we swapped the ESP20 of the Slot F1

first of all congrats on the 2 and a half year uptime! :)
I see that one of the ESP's was inserted or up since 3 days, so that was the one that was crashing constantly?
F0 ASR1000-ESP20 ok, active 2y24w
F1 ASR1000-ESP20 ok, standby 3d23h
the iffy part of uptime is that if you have redundant processors/cards etc, eg like RPR(+), the uptime doesnt reset when there is a RP failover.
That might be part of it.
ps this is the XROS forum, we focus here on mostly XR related products and sw. Not that you can't ask anything else, but our expertise is not in the XE area or ASR1000 series... just fyi :)
