In XR we have user-group and task-group - what is the diff in both ?

Also we have various usergroups such as : netadmin, operator,root-system ..what is the diff among them ?

Can you explain with an example ?

hi Arjun,

this page should answer at least some of the questions you had:

Thanks , i have a small doubt off the topic :

with respect to any Service Provider core routers (P routers) .. If a SP has 30 PE and they all are connecting to one P router, How many interfaces that P router would have ? is it 30 ?

hey arjun, I would first be scared shitless if 30 PE's are single homing into a single P router :) I'd hope to be dual homed to 2 core routers minimally :)

but for the hypothesis of it, yeah if you have 30 devices to connect in a star fashion then the P router needs 30 interfaces, one to each of them.

Hey :) yeah that was just for the sack of a question :) as i didn't see a physical deployment .

thanks a ton as always
