What is "nexthop flap" in this case ?

nexthop of which router is it ?

Symptom:
BGP process crashed after neighbor config commit and nexthop flap while commit is in progress.

I am asking what the trigger of this crash is.

1. neighbor config and commit on the routerA.

and 

2. nexthop flap

Would anyone please give me advice what "nexthop flap" ?

Is the nexthop of routerB, not routerA itself ?

RouterA(BGP Peer to RouterB to config and commit on RouterA?)----------RouterB

"nexthop flap" in this context refers to the flap of the interface towards the BGP neighbour.
