Could anyone clarify situation with CSCwf25878 (HW Programming failed for table,mplsnh,key,unit,0,dpa_trans_id,1633532,failure-reason,InternalE)?

From one hand affected release is 7.9.2 only
From another hand 7.9.2 is in list of Known Fixed Releases.
From "third hand" there are a bunch of patches for 7.8.2.
I'm confused a little bit. Which releases are affected and which are not?
