hi dan, From a netconf perspective itself yes, but certain features or functionality that the hardware platforms support may not be configured/touched/operational by netconf on xrv.
but that is sort of the same as sending an snmp query to one device and another whereby one supports the mib and the other doesn't. while both support snmp itself.
snmp being netconf here and the mib the feature in question.
