"show controllers np counters" Counter explanation

Hello All,

I would like to know the counters description (all of them!) from the command show controllers np counters since it is not documented anywhere on the XR documentation (well, i don´t find it anywhere ..).

Does anybody have this info ? I would appreciate it !

PS: In my specific scenario i need to know what is the meaning of the following counter: L3_NOT_MYMAC
