show controllers reading

Hi all,

does anybody have any idea what is the meaning of the following line:

Oper. Status/Control: Tx Disabled, LOS,

which is found in a show controllers GigabitEthernet0/0/1/12 phy output, for a fiber interface which is up and running?

That seems to indicate that we are not sending, that the laser is off, and that we have loss of signal (LOS).

I would recommend opening a case with TAC to look further into the issue.

Please include the full show controller output, if its asr9k show pfm loc all, show logging event buffer bistate, show tech pfi, show tech ethernet interface, show platform, show install active summary.
