1．Botをユーザ紐づけの変更（移管）について
⇒同一組織内で移管が可能で、Full Admin権限でhttps://applications.webexbots.cloud/より対応が可能。
2．ユーザ削除したらBotはどうなるか
⇒Botは自動的には削除されず、上記ツールで別のユーザに移管するまではアクセストークンの再発行はできない。

Yes it is possible to transfer a bot to another user within your organisation. This can be done by a full admin inside your org and both users (the old and the new owner of the bot) have to be inside the same org. The way you can do it is to log in here: https://applications.webexbots.cloud/ with the full admin.
>2. How to handle Bot when a user is deleted?
> What will happen to the Bot associated with the user when the Webex user itself is deleted?
>(e.g. Bot will continue to exist, but Token cannot be reissued. Or, the bot itself will be deleted.)
When a user is deleted the bot will not automatically be deleted. It will continue to exist but you will not be able to generate a new access token for it, until you transfer ownership with the above tool.
