Cisco 8811 IP Phone

I am trying to setup a Cisco 8811 phone with headset to use for training. Has anyone setup a headset to listen in on active calls on the Cisco 8811?

Google: headset y cable OR headset y splitter OR training headset splitter, those are the most common options used for training.

We have made a CSF and use Jabber.  That way you can make the audio output the PC speakers, the input would remain as the headset.

There are plenty of types of headsets that you may use for this purpose. Just search on the web for third party headsets for training compatible for Cisco Phones or for y splitter for mic and audio.
