Thanks I can see that the room is reserved, but invitations are not sent to the participants, this must be done from the webex client

How would the room know what participant(s) you want to include in the meeting? What you asked about and what I answered is if you can book the room from the panel. The answer to that is yes, but that doesn’t mean that you’d be able to send the invite to anyone.
