Using Webex in my organization for last few years. All my internal discussions have been recorded & was stored in cloud. Now i am able to see recording for last 3 months. Not able to see any previous recordings. Is there any chance i can retrieve those recordings. Its very important ones. I was in assumption all recordings will be available in cloud
Depending on your org settings, you might not be able to. If the retention was set for 90 days, it will be removed and placed into trash. You have a few more days to recover but you must contact a site admin to do so.
