Multi participants sending multiple emails Webex Meetings

Hi,

We are hosting a meeting in Webex Meeting, the problem I have is i want to add participants and they register for the meeting. Problem I have is each time i add someone new it sends out another amended meeting request so if we have 150 participants we will get 150 emails sent thats no good all I want is a new email send to the person requesting access with the details.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

As part of MS Scheduler you should receive the following 'pop up'.  If not please check with your administrator.

How are you creating or updating the meeting. In outlook you can choose to only send updates to the newly added participants.
