No using without app install on smarthone.

Webex told us that user can jojn meetings without app install.  Is that right?

Now,when we accsess the link on the smartphone,the message ask me install app. 

Why?

Thanks for posting your question in the community!

You CAN join a meeting on your smartphone without the downloaded Webex Meetings App, but you will be prompted to Call in to the meeting as seen in the screenshot below.

By doing so, you will be able to access the audio of the meeting as if a normal phone call. Because it is not through the app, you will not be able to access the meeting video on your phone.
