I have deleted a user and now I want to create it again. But I want to use the same password again. My password meets the security policy, but the password is not accepted.
Is it because I already used the same password? Can this history be deleted anywhere?

You can reuse the password.

Things will change if a user is a AD user.

You will find "Smart lockout" in "Organization Settings in control hub

  • Can’t be any of the last: Select an option from the drop-down list to ensure that the users do not use the same password until they exceed the specified number of unique passwords. The default option is '3 passwords'.
