Webex integration to outlook client

Hi,

 

Please let us know how to integrate Webex to the outlook client.  Should we login to admin account (Exchange) and integrate so that it is available to all the users or each user should integrate to their outlook client.

The easiest way to integrate Webex to Outlook is via the Productivity Tools. Please see https://help.webex.com/en-us/nh9e7ss/Webex-Integration-to-Microsoft-Outlook-for-Windows-Introduction for more information (also available for Mac).

Hello,

You can do one of two ways.

1 - download and install the Webex Desktop application and Productivity Tools
2 - Have your admin setup the Webex Meetings Scheduler - https://help.webex.com/en-us/5q299t/Deploy-and-Configure-the-Cisco-Webex-Meetings-Scheduler-for-Microsoft-Office-365
