If your site has not already been updated, Cisco is migrating all focus to the Webex App. If you log into Control Hub and go to Updates and Migrations, you should see the schedule for your site. When this happens, the Webex Desktop app will be removed from user PCs and the Webex App will be the single source for meeting join, etc.
Productivity tools will not be uninstalled, but is going to be phased out in the near future. The Cisco Webex Scheduler will replace this functionality in Outlook or meetings can be scheduled in the Webex App.
After this update, the client strategy should be that much more unified.
