Everything else Cisco is connected just fine, but I'm getting this error: "We can't reach the Webex service • Reconnecting..."

It took an awful long time for the system status trackers to reflect that there was a problem... They were showing "all systems green" for probably half an hour after I first noticed the problem...

Agreed. My internal team and i were on a call together discussing it before the rest of our company noticed, and we possibly notified our Account Team of it, before they knew. We were reporting Video unit issues, even through they weren't on the incident, at first. Glad it wasn't as long of an issue as the one in September, though.

Back online now, but it makes you wonder if they will keep on using AWS as a sole platform. That's more than once this year that we've seen AWS outages in US East take Webex offline for us.
